Which countries do you ship to?

As a start-up Flemish company, we currently ship to Belgium and the Netherlands. More countries will follow. The shipping costs to Belgium or the Netherlands are automatically calculated when ordering via the website. Other EU countries are also possible, but please contact us before ordering. The prices on the website do not include shipping costs to countries other than Belgium or the Netherlands.

What is the delivery time?

It takes 2 to 3 days to properly prepare, package and ship your item. Depending on the destination and the shipping partner (bPost or PostNL), your item will normally arrive between 4 to 7 days after ordering.

Returns

Return Policy / Right of Withdrawal

By definition, our vintage items are almost all products that will have a second or next life and therefore also contain normal signs of use and age. We clearly describe the status of each product and add highly detailed photos in high resolution. Doing so we want to prevent that a client misabuses the legal right of withdrawal to return the vintage item due to a usage scratch or patina that is normal related to the age of the item. We ask you to take a good look at all the photos and contact us where desired via info@vintagehulk.com  if you have further questions. 

  • From the day after delivery, during a period of 14 days, you can notify us that you wish to return the goods by sending an email to info@vintagehulk.com. After this notification, you have a period of 14 calendar days to actually return the goods. You can exercise this right of withdrawal by returning the goods together with the invoice and this form   to VintageHulk by ProjectsMania BV, Sonseindestraat 99 in  9620 Zottegem.

  • If you return the entire item, we will refund the shipping costs that you paid for the initial order. The shipping costs of the return shipment itself will not be refunded. Please pack and wrap the goods very good to protect them.
Damage compared to the status in which we initially sent the vintage item will be invoiced.
  • Photos taken just prior to shipment will serve as references.
What to do if my delivery is not complete?
